If you are not comletely satisfied with your bow-shop.com purchase, you may return the unused product for a refund, or exchange it for another item. We must receive the merchandise with 30 days of the date of purchase to process your request.
To return or exchange your unused product (s) follow these steps:
- All returns or exchanges must be approved before processing, please call 1.866.257.7271 for a return or exchange approval.
- Original receipt must be returned with the product (s)
- Circle the merchandise you are returning on the Receipt, mark return or exchange, and indicate the reason for the return or exchange
- If an Exchange is requested, please indicate what product is wanted in exchange. For any difference in value you will be contacted for billing purposes.
- Enclose the Receipt along with the merchandise in a well-sealed box.
- We are not responsible for any lost or damaged marchandise being returned to us.
- Returns and Exchanges can also be done personally in the store, original receipt is required.
*** Returns and Exchanges will not be processed without the original Sales Receipt
*** We strongly suggest that all returns and exchanges be sent via a traceable carrier such as Canada Post or Purolator. We are also not responsible for the cost of ship[ping an item back to us for return or exchange.
